I had a pretty basic weekend. Right now, trials are not available at the levels we are at, so we are home on the weekends. Saturday I got to go to Gramma’s. As usual, I got lots of yummy Trader Joe’s cookies. Mom and I took a nice walk, and I kept an eye out for critters in the yard. Her windows are a nice height for me.
Sunday we were home, and the smoke came back a little bit. After our morning walks, Mom took me to practice some tracking again. I’m hoping to get into a test in the fall so I can cross that title off my list. This track wasn’t the best as I had to cross a walking path three times. That doesn’t happen at a test as it is hard to stay on the scent with the hard surfaces. I managed to do it and Mom was happy about that. In the end, I was able to find the glove. We then went home for breakfast. The rest of the day was pretty much just being lazy.
