Yeti is a Dogo Argentino Mix puppy, just over 1 year old who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him, make daily positive reinforcement training/socialization/enrichment a priority and always keep him safe.

Yeti – IN – Deaf Dogs Rock

From his shelter advocate:
Yeti is a super sweet puppy who loves meeting everyone. His current situation is in a foster home with 4 college guys who have people over all the time and he loves them. As fosterers, this is our first time ever taking care of a dog and he has been super easy. He is potty trained.

Yeti  absolutely loves to run around outside. He will never run away and is super loyal. He follows me around the home constantly trying to join in on whatever I am doing. He is also very cuddly, loves laying on/around you on the couch or on the bed.
During the day he is more energetic and loves to play wrestle, go on walks or play fetch.

In sign language he knows sit, stay, spin, paw shake, lay down and he’s always learning more. He is 100% deaf which hasn’t been much of a challenge. A few benefits have been that he doesn’t get scared at us loud college kids or any type of alarm/siren.

As of now we have been unable to get him comfortable with other dogs, especially those bigger than him. He also can get anxious with nobody home and being in the crate for more than an hour or two. If you are interested in adopting Yeti, please email: arnavramm@gmail.com
