From his advocate: Hi I’m Oakley! I am an Australian shepherd who was born deaf. I am 5 months old and doing great on potty training and leash training. I prefer to be with my person, so I will sometimes bark in a crate. I am the happiest most rowdiest pup who LOVES to play with toys and other dogs.
