Cosmo is a gorgeous little deaf Pomeranian who is looking for a safe and loving forever home.
From his caregiver: Cosmo is deaf and has some issues either neurological or behavioral. He obsessively runs to the right when excited or worried. Cosmo spent along time with his breeder and was not socialized as well as he should have been. Cosmo loves other animals and does fine being brushed. Cosmo is not house trained but it working on crate training and does well when let out often. Cosmo is underweight but has a good appetite.
His adoption fee is $150 to a screened and approved home. You also must live within 1.5 hours drive of Rolla MO to be considered for adoption.
