Meet adoptable deaf/visually impaired Australian Shepherd Nelson who is looking for a loving and safe forever home.
From his advocate: Handsome Nelson may be deaf and partially blind but he doesn’t let it slow him down! This guy is looking for a home with no littles so he has no problem bouncing around!
He is so smart and working on his manners at his new foster home. Playing fetch, responding to hand signals are great signs of limited but functional eyesight but no response to sounds. He loves to give cuddles and happily allows rubs and human touch all over. Nelson loves his little paddle pool and played well with his shelter-puppy friends. Not tested with cats. Loves to chase his tail.
Would benefit from fenced yard or space to get his zoomies out.
