Please meet Charming Czarek! Czarek is a beautiful German Shepherd that is 3 years old. He joined us when his owners were evicted and had nowhere for him to go, sadly he was very underweight and had an untreated skin issue, he was a very confused little lad.
He is a slight German shepherd, he now weighs 30kg so is on the smaller size, but what he lacks in size he more than makes up for in personality.
Since joining the pack this guy has absolutely blossomed, mentally he is still young and has alot to learn but would make a fantastic dog for someone that knows the breed and has experience with them.
On arrival he had no social skills and just barked in their faces, but now he has learnt how to play and is a good little lad.
He hasn’t had the training or socialisation he needs so is basically a blank canvas for his adopters to make into the perfect little lad we know is in there!
Since joining us Czarek has already come on in leaps and bounds and has much better manners around other dogs, he is an absolute gift for someone that wants to train a dog to do a job, as he is so eager to learn. He isnt the smartest shepherd I have met, but he is willing!
Czarek is crate trained and walks well on a lead, he has fab recall and loves going for a run with the other dogs. Sometimes he likes a ball, sometimes food wins! He travels well in the car and loves a routine!
Czarek would do well with an older similar breed role model, but equally could be the only dog if someone is around a lot. he can live with children age 8 years plus that are used to large breed dogs, he lived with children in his previous home and is very gentle.
Czarek will make a fantastic dog for someone prepared to put in the time and training.
Czarek is non destructive, house trained and happy to be left for short periods, like most shepherd, he is fond of a bark although he is much better now he has a routine and only barks to tell us he needs something.
Czarek mixes with dogs of all sizes but he can be a bit boisterous with the small dogs, he doesnt realise his size and is basically a big dopey puppy at heart!
Czarek is a gorgeous dog that so desperately needs a forever home and family to grow up with.
Czarek is neutered, he is microchipped de flead, fully vaccinated and wormed.
