It’s party time for the 13th time! My stars were aligned as the rain stopped for a bit around lunch time, the sun came out and we were able to have my party outside as we had originally planned.
It’s Party Time
My guests arrived and put on their party hats. Nelson also put on his birthday tie to be fancy. All of us wanted to get to the birthday cookies so we took a proper photo almost right away.
Mom passed out the cookies so we could all start digging in. Hopefully they taste as good as I think they will.
Nelson seems to be having some issues getting his cookie in his mouth or is he just licking all the frosting off of it? Mom broke mine into a few pieces to make it easier for me to eat.
I believe Olivia is getting frustrated with her party hat. She doesn’t look so happy anymore.
Meanwhile, I am truly enjoying my cookie. It sure is tasty!
Nelson gave up completely on party manners and took his cookie to the floor to eat.
What about the birthday girl? She sure looks pretty happy with her cookie and the whole party, doesn’t she?
Party Bloopers
Now it wouldn’t be one of our parties without some bloopers, would it? Let me do some meditating on that subject before we get started.
Olivia is really getting mad at her hat! I’m starting to laugh at the other end of the table while watching her. Nelson doesn’t notice anything as he is still trying to get the cookie in his mouth.
Hey, where is my cookie? My plate is empty and I am the birthday girl!
Nelson had it with sitting at the table. He took his cookie to the floor and then he too was attacked by his party hat. I guess he fought back better than Olivia did.
One last photo from another fun party before putting it in the history book. I was eating like an animal with no manners. If the cookie wasn’t so tasty that would not happen. We are all super thankful that we each get a fun party every year for our birthdays. It is always a good time and a nice way to celebrate another year.
