Meet adoptable deaf 10 month old Australian Shepherd mix Harper who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish her, become her new best friend and always keep her safe.
From her advocate: Harper is a very friendly young girl that was found as a stray in Houston, TX. She was with the finder for a few months before it became apparent that she couldn’t hear. This is something that doesn’t seem to affect her loving, playful, adventurous character. She loves playing with her toys, going for walks, playing in the yard with other dogs and snuggling on the couch with her people. She just loves life. I think she will forever maintain a puppy look with her crooked ears lying to the side.
There isn’t a negative aspect of this girl. She is looking for her own home and if you asked her, I’m sure she would say that having a 4 legged playmate would be a wonderful thing. Even a 2 legged playmate would be fine for her.
Her adoption fee is $350 with $200 of that going towards cost of transport.
