It’s time for a frozen Friday post if you ask me! Life has gotten very boring as it is too cold to do much outside. We walk in the morning twenty to thirty minutes and again before dinner, play in the yard here and there for a few minutes but that is it. The winds have made things even worse! Even our phone doesn’t work half the time we want to take a photo because it is too cold. My photo above is from about seven below zero with light wind and I am trying to muster up a smile!
All the wind has blown any loose snow around until it made a thick crust. Of course, it blows onto the driveway and sidewalks. Shoveling changes as now Mom is shoveling chunks of snow instead of shovel fulls of it. The plus is we can usually walk on top of the snow, but if your paw goes through it isn’t so fun. Warmer air is on the way, hopefully, and next week we will be able to get out and do things again.
I decided to do the Friendly Fill-Ins for a little more fun today. My answers are in red.
1. Napping all day is my biggest time waste.
2. I am allergic to car rides.
3. The month of the year heavily influences my choice of collar to wear.
4. I like to DIY getting snacks out of the package if I can get away with it.
