Ortzi is a 12-year-old male Brittany. He is described as a medium-sized dog and is now searching for a peaceful retirement home where he can truly relax and be cherished.
Like many gundogs in Spain, he was left without a home once he was considered too old for hunting.
Despite his past, Ortzi is a calm and quiet gentleman who still enjoys going for walks. He would love a cosy sofa where he can unwind and enjoy the comforts of home life.
Being treated like royalty in his later years would suit him perfectly.
Ortzi gets on well with other dogs, making him a good companion for homes that already have a resident dog. He can be cat tested for the right home if needed. He is also suitable to live with children, adding to his gentle and easy-going nature.
He is currently in Spain but can travel to the UK to begin the next chapter of his life. Ortzi is simply looking for kind adopters who will not overlook him because of his age.
