Zeus is a medium English Setter, 6 years old.
Zeus is a gentle, loving boy who is now thriving in one of our amazing foster homes in Kent.
Since arriving in the UK at the end of May, he has settled in beautifully. He has done really well with toilet training with no accidents in the home.
He is learning to walk well on the lead without pulling, and loves a bit more freedom on a long line in the park. However he is likely to take a step or two backwards with training when moving home.
Zeus is sociable with other dogs and currently lives with two resident dogs. He particularly enjoys the company of the female setter and loves to play in the garden with her followed by a snuggle on the sofa.
We think he would be fine as an only dog or happy to have a playmate in his new home.
His foster family describe him as an absolute gem. A sweet natured and incredibly affectionate boy, who is eating well and adapting steadily to family life.
He instantly fell in love with the foster family’s daughter when she returned home from university and has shown what a wonderful family dog he can be. He is especially gentle and affectionate with her.
Zeus may be six, but he’s got loads of energy for running and playing and then, in true setter style, settles beautifully at home.
