Meet adoptable deaf 1.5 year old Catahoula mix Buster who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him and always keep him safe.

Buster doesn’t need to hear you to know he’s loved and he’ll make absolutely sure you know it too. This sweet one-and an half year old lives for belly rubs, cuddles, and any adventure you’re willing to take him on. He’s the kind of dog who’ll race you around the yard and then plant himself right in your lap like he owns the place (he kind of will).
Buster is deaf, but don’t let that fool you he keeps up with the best of them. He’s already picking up hand signals for sit and down, and his eagerness to learn more is only matched by his enthusiasm for, well, everything. A little patience goes a long way with this guy, and he rewards it tenfold.
He’s friendly, affectionate, and plays well with other dogs, making him a great fit for the right household. What he needs most is a family ready to match his puppy energy, invest in his training journey, and shower him with the love he so freely gives in return.
Buster is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations. He is currently in foster with Double Dog Rescue in Connecticut.
