Meet adoptable deaf 10 year old Springer Spaniel Dash who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him, become his new best friend and always keep him safe.

We started fostering Dash a little over a year ago from South Coast Humane in Brookings Oregon and we were told he was 10 years old. They adopted him out before, but he was found locked in a u haul by himself. Both of his ears were so infected, the Vet had to remove his ear canals, so he is deaf now. He loves to go on walks, but mostly just sleeps on the couch. He is great with kids, cats and other dogs. He has allergies, so I give him probiotics and Apoquel. He does counter surf, so you have to be aware of what you leave in his reach. He knows some hand signals and is a gentle, calm boy.
He knows some signs and is housebroken.
Dash’s adoption fee is $100 to a screened and approved home only. We would prefer the adopter lives within 100 miles of Florence Oregon but we will be moving to Medford OR in a few weeks so if there is someone in that area we would consider it for Dash.
