Vinnie is a 7 month old male Shepherd Cross.
Vinnie was spotted in a field barely moving. He was in a very bad way and needed resuscitation by the lady who found him. She took him home and she managed to get him to drink and then to eat.
One of his ears was very floppy and the other perked up so she called him Vinnie ( as in Vincent Van Gogh !) A visit to the vet and he was given a clean bill of health and was thought to be approximately 6-8 weeks.
Fast forward to now and he is an amazing 7 month old. He is living with the lady who found him and is alert, playful, and obedient ( although he has his puppy moments).
He is living harmoniously with a cat and tries to play with the neighbours cats. He loves socks and walks – he gets very excited at the sight of his leads!
Sadly the lady he is living with is in the process of treatment and cannot look after him as she would like to.
She adores him as he hasn’t a bad bone in his body and he is very loving but he needs a family who can give him everything he needs – she wants him to have a super special home after what he went through as a puppy.
Vinnie’s amazing rescue family in Cyprus will cover most of his vet and flight costs as they want him to be in an amazing home.
If you are an active family, have a secured garden, can offer lots of love, socialising and training, then you will be what Vinnie is looking for.
Vinnie can fly to the UK at the beginning of March.
