Meet adoptable deaf/vision impaired puppy Seven who is looking for a loving forever home with someone who will cherish him, make daily positive reinforcement touch training/socialization/enrichment a priority and always keep him safe.
Seven – NC – Deaf Dogs Rock

From his rescue advocate: Seven came to Perfectly Imperfect Pups with vision and hearing challenges, but if you watched him for five minutes, you might question that diagnosis entirely. The vet suspects he doesn’t see much, yet he navigates our house with ease, rarely bumps into anything, and handles stairs like a pro. His hearing is selective rather than absent — he may not catch every everyday sound, but certain noises get an immediate, clear response.

What stands out most is not what Seven can’t do, but how much he can do.

He’s incredibly smart. Curious. An enthusiastic explorer who loves being outside and discovering the world. He’s doing very well with potty training and we’re actively working on crate training, where he’s already showing great progress. He sleeps comfortably in a crate and settles in nicely.

Seven is also everything you want in a puppy. Sweet. Cuddly. Affectionate. He adores other dogs and plays beautifully with them. He bonds quickly and deeply with his people.

If you didn’t know he had vision and hearing challenges, you likely wouldn’t notice at all.

Seven is going to make an exceptional family member for someone who’s ready to love a dog who may do things a little differently — and wonderfully so.

Perfectly Imperfect, just as he’s meant to be. If you are interested in adopting Seven please click here to learn more about our adoption process:  pipsrescue.org/adopt
