Mylo – 6 year old male Cross-Breed available for adoption

Mylo is a 6 year old neutered small mixed breed currently in foster in Staffordshire. He weighs approximately 14kg and stands around 47cm tall. He has a distinctive stump tail and a confident little character.

Mylo previously spent a long period living as a stray before entering rescue. He has now settled well into foster care and is enjoying the comfort and routine of home life.

He is affectionate but independent and prefers interaction on his own terms. He enjoys gentle fuss, especially belly rubs, and likes spending time pottering around the house before settling down nearby.

Mylo is friendly with people but appreciates his personal space and will communicate when he has had enough attention. For this reason he would be best suited to an adult-only home.

He can interact well with other dogs he feels comfortable around but does not enjoy overly energetic behaviour, particularly from puppies. He may be happiest as the only dog, although he could potentially share with a calm and respectful companion. He can be protective of food around other dogs so feeding will need to be managed.

Mylo is housetrained and settles well in the home environment. He tolerates gentle handling but is sensitive about his tail being touched.

Mylo would suit a quiet household able to provide routine, companionship and respect for his boundaries. A secure garden would be beneficial for relaxed outdoor time as he enjoys pottering and lounging outside.
