A lap dog at heart, he is super friendly and ready to cuddle up with all the new friends he can meet.
He’s extremely playful and energetic, and loves to chase after squeaky toys, but he’s slowly learning how to calm down and be gentle too.
Lucky Charms is on the road to recovery from an injury. He was surrendered at nearly 2 years old by his owner who couldn’t afford medical treatment for a fracture. OAS is a municipal shelter with limited resources and has been managing the fracture with cage rest and meds. Good news is that it’s improving and the shelter vet thinks he can make a full recovery with proper care.
