Happy National Plan For Vacation Day! This day is a good one for our family as we are just getting ready to start entering spring trials and many of them involve travel. We have some goals as far as places we want to go like the north and south west but some other places will come into play as well. I would like to do a bit of southeast since I haven’t been there but Olivia has, so we will see.
What about Bailie? She is happy to stay home and go nowhere. Actually she really doesn’t want to travel at all. Our pet sitter situation has changed which is a bit of an issue but we are hoping she won’t have to travel with us.
We plan differently than a lot of people. Olivia is studying the trial schedule to see what which trials are at fun venues and then I check the map to see what the travel would look like.
This week we start entering some trials and hopefully the first week of February we may have a trip on the books going south and it looks like south again for April but not in the western half of the US. It all really depends on what trials are available and if we can get a spot or not.
Mom and the two of us are looking forward to some fun adventures! Hopefully our navigator can come along on many of them and we can find a sitter for Bailie. This time of year we get restless and want to get going so planning will help that a bit!
