Meet adoptable deaf 1.5 year old Goose who is looking for a very special home with someone who will cherish him, become his new best friend and always keep him safe.

Goose-AZ – Deaf Dogs Rock

From his rescue advocate: Goose is a great dog. Goose is deaf but he doesn’t seem one bit bothered by that situation. He is great with other dogs. He also gets along with cats and kids of all ages. He is a big boy about 70 pounds but definitely a gentle boy. Goose is a pretty mellow dog, but on the other hand, he will get the zoomies and loves to play.

Goose isn’t a jumper, but a 6 foot fence or taller would be ideal. Goose is learning to sit with hand cues and treats. He still needs some training but is a quick learner. He loves to cuddle with you on the couch and loves to be with his people. He is potty trained, but we have a doggie door, so if you don’t, he will need some training on how to ask to go outside. He’s a goofy boy and always has us laughing. He would do best in a home with or without other pets, but I would recommend another dog to play with. He is up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and neutered.
