Ava – 1 year old female Cross-Breed available for adoption

Ava is a 1 year 7 month old spayed female small to medium mixed breed currently in Staffordshire. She is iElisa negative.

Ava was rescued alongside her two puppies, who have since been adopted. She is described as affectionate, playful and eager to please. She enjoys attention and forms positive bonds with the people around her.

She is good with other dogs and shares her foster home well. She could live with one or two resident dogs or as an only dog with sufficient companionship.

Ava is currently progressing with housetraining and sleeps through the night without issue. She is not crate trained, as her foster carer has not found it necessary.

Lead training has begun and she is responding well. She will benefit from continued training, particularly in busier environments outside the home.

She is used to having access to a garden and will require a secure garden in her new home.

Ava has not yet been tested with children. She can be cat tested if required.

Ava would suit a home willing to continue her basic training and provide structure, guidance and companionship as she continues to mature.
