Pirata is a 9-year-old male Cross-Breed.
Pirata is a large Cross-Breed with a calm and balanced temperament, despite his very tough past. He spent four years in a pound after being abandoned by his owners.
During this time, he became known as the “saddest dog in the pound,” rarely leaving his kennel and showing little interest in life.
His resilience, however, became apparent after arriving at a Spanish rescue, where he quickly transformed into a happy, affectionate dog.
Pirata loves attention and human contact, forming strong bonds with people. He enjoys being outside, running around with other dogs, and soaking up affection from anyone willing to give it.
Despite his size, he acts like a lapdog, showing how gentle and loving he truly is. He could live in a home with or without other dogs, and he has passed his cat test with flying colours.
His health is good, though he could lose some weight to improve mobility and comfort. Pirata enjoys walks and being outdoors, but he doesn’t require excessive exercise, content simply to explore and enjoy his surroundings.
With his wonderful temperament and loving personality, he is ready to finally find a forever home where he will be cherished and given the second chance he so deserves.
