5 year old female Cross-Breed available for adoption

Milly is a 5-year-old female Cross-Breed. She is a medium-sized dog who originally came from Romania and was adopted in 2020.

Due to a change in her adopters’ circumstances, and through no fault of her own, she is now looking for a new home.

Milly is described as a bouncy girl with plenty of enthusiasm. She loves having her harness put on because it means she is going out for a walk. She can pull at the start of a walk but settles down and begins to walk nicely once her initial excitement passes.

At home, Milly can be a little protective and may try to guard the house. However, once guests are inside, she is fine with them and settles well.

This shows she can relax in the presence of visitors after her initial reaction.

Milly would thrive in a home with more active people. She may also suit adopters who are interested in dog games or sports, which would give her both physical and mental stimulation. An active lifestyle would help channel her energy in a positive way.

She is happy to live with other dogs and is playful with them. Milly is also noted to be cat friendly, which could make multi-pet homes a possibility.

She is suitable to live with children, depending on the adoption criteria set by the rescue.

Milly measures 20 inches in height and is considered medium in size. She is currently located in Hawick in the Scottish Borders.

She is waiting for a loving home that can meet her needs and give her the active life she enjoys.

Our dogs are assessed in Romania prior to us bringing them to the UK. We have no physical UK kennels as our dogs are in adopters and fosterers homes across the UK. We believe we can make a difference one dog at a time! You will need to be over 25 to adopt, children in the household must be over 8 years old (over 12 for adult dogs). We can only adopt adult dogs to people 67 years and over.
