Miro is a large, 3-year-old male Romanian Shepherd, born on 10th November 2020. He has been neutered, possesses a passport, and is up-to-date on vaccinations.
Currently located in kennels in the UK, Miro found a family in November but is now back, awaiting that special someone who can offer him a forever home.
Despite his heartbreaking return to kennels, Miro remains affectionate and is a superb cuddler. Desperate for love, he quickly forms strong bonds with those around him.
In search of an extraordinary home, Miro requires a quiet rural or semi-rural setting with a spacious and secure garden. Ideally, his new home should be an adult-only environment without other animals.
Potential adopters must have experience with large-breed Romanian Shepherds, and be willing to invest time in building a relationship with Miro, his trainer, and the team familiar with him.
Miro, being sensitive to his surroundings, needs someone patient, who can ensure he feels comfortable and safe.
While Miro can be overwhelmed by his environment, in the right home, he proves to be an exceptionally loyal companion. Engaging in scent training has not only showcased his natural ability but also helped reduce his anxiety.
It’s essential to note that Miro can be reactive on a lead and may struggle with reading other dogs. Despite his strength, he walks beautifully on a lead and is comfortable wearing a muzzle, a requirement for his safety.
Prospective adopters must commit to having him wear a muzzle at all times outside the house and a double lead.
