Aquiles is a 2-year-old male English Setter. He is a medium-sized dog who weighs around 17kg at present. Aquiles was abandoned by his hunter and ended up in a pound in Spain, where his future was uncertain.
Kind rescuers worked hard to secure his safety, especially as dogs like him are often passed back to hunters. Although there was confusion about whether he had already left the pound, he was thankfully still there and able to be helped.
His story is one of resilience and second chances.
Aquiles is a good-natured and affectionate dog who loves everyone he meets. He is playful, sociable, and enjoys the company of other dogs. He is also suitable to live with children, making him a friendly addition to many family settings.
He can live in a home with other dogs or happily as the only dog. While he has not yet been cat tested, this can be arranged for the right home.
Aquiles is currently in Spain and can travel to the UK for adoption.
